I came to Volvo of the Triad in search of a higher quality car and a car company I trust. I found what I was looking for. Eight years and six cars ago I embarked on a journey that continues to provide me and my family with that coveted "piece of mind," a great deal of resolve, confidence and a true understanding of what it means to be "taken care of!"

At the Winston-Salem based Volvo Dealership, the simple but very essential character traits I sought then and know of very well today are promulgated and reinforced by the Dealership Principle, Rob Satter, and his Son, Rob Junior. Both Rob and his Dad are engaged at every level of the Dealership because they care enough to be....and you will not have to look very hard for telltale signs, because they are very obvious. One such reflection of their engagement, as small as it may seem, says a lot to me about who they are and what they consider important. It unfolds almost in a compulsory way when I walk past their offices on the way to the coffee machine. Usually, one or both of them will step out from behind their desk into the showroom area and say something genuinely nice, very cordially shake my hand and call me by may name. The authentic professionalism they exhibit reminds me of many of the former business relationships my Dad use to speak of back in the 1970s.

The Sales, Service, Parts and Finance Departments all follow suite with that same outward appeal to customers. Can't say enough good things about the following Dealership Representatives because it would exceed the posted space limits, but when or if you come to your senses about cars and a Dealership that knows and subscribe to the simple and very grounded tenants that revolve around taking care of their customers, you will learn what I have, first hand.

I have owned 3 Volvo's over the past 18 years. The purchase and service experience have both been wonderful. Volvo of the Triad continues to provide quality customer service. Volvo of the Triad consistently meets my service expectations; their personnel are always there to greet you with a smile! The car wash, car pick up/delivery or loaner cars are always a bonus! Recently, they went above and beyond in providing a loaner car for a week, so they could identify and correct a tricky problem with my S-60. I am about to start a new job, and they made sure that I could do that, without having any worries about my car. That was very reassuring, because I'll have enough to focus on in my new position! Nearly seven years ago I purchased a new Volvo S60 from Volvo of the Triad, and my buying experience was a very pleasant one. Since that time, I have had the car serviced exclusively by the dealer, and I am incredibly impressed with the staff's level of service, accountability and friendliness at each visit. I have multiple options of where to get my car serviced as I live in Charlotte where there are two dealerships just 20 minutes away. Yet I choose to come back time and again and will not take my car elsewhere. Not only am I able to get a loaner each time I take in the car, but they are also more than happy to bring a loaner to Charlotte , drive my car back to the dealer and return for a swap. Talk about going above and beyond. While the vast majority of my service visits have been related to preventive maintenance, on the occasions when something else has to be done, it has been well explained and I've received guidance about whether the issue has to be fixed right away or can wait another visit or two. I have consistently felt my best interests are at heart, and I am thrilled to have a relationship with a dealer that operates with such integrity and class. Just need to take a second and give some props to Volvo of the Triad's service debt. I know that my experience does not validate them as a great service department, but it does share my experiences with them.

My wife and I purchased new Volvo's in May this year. A XC60 and a C30, and both came with an outstanding warranty under the Safe and Secure 5 year 60k with free service and part replacement, which is what sold us on these great looking cars. Well the reason we purchased from Triad Volvo was their guarantee to service our cars at our home or pick them up and leave us a nice Volvo demo car so they could drive it to the dealership 45 minutes away to repair them and them drive them back when the work was done.

All I can say is they have lived up to and surpassed any expectations I have had. They have been the easiest dealership to deal with as far as scheduling work. They have never once argued about any warranty work request, and in fact have bent over backwards to take care of the largest and smallest of problems. Always on time and always completing the work without issues or snafu's. My wife's XC60 has been serviced 3 times for routine maintenance and mine 1 time for service and twice for warranty and it all was done so easily from online service appointment scheduling, to quick email reply's and phone calls. (part had to be ordered so rather than keep my car till it ,in they picked it up after the part came in)

I know this sounds canned or like I work for them and I normally do not take the time to do this sort of thing but they have been so good that I feel like any prospective car buyers out there are browsing this forum I want to know what this one customer has experienced. Thanks VOLVO of the Triad.
